Admission Guidelines & Procedure

Being a prestigious institution, we take in students who will contribute to and foster the principles of inter-mingling and culture. At A B International School, Nautanwa, we ensure every child develops in a conducive and supportive environment.

Documents Required at Registration

At the time of registration, submit the filled form along with the registration fee to the front desk of the administrative section with:

  • Latest colored passport size photograph of the student.
  • Photograph of the parent with the child (5cm x 3.5cm).
  • Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate.
  • Original Medical Certificate of student.
  • Attested photocopy of the result of the previous class.
  • Clear indication if the form is filled by guardians other than parents.
  • Address Proof: PAN Card / Driving License / Electricity Bill.
Note: Incomplete or illegible Registration forms, without photos will not be accepted.

Selection & Evaluation Process

1. Basic Admission Test: Conducted on specified dates to test eligibility for the particular class applied for.
2. Interview Stage: Only candidates who clear the written test are called for an interview. Both parents must be present.
3. Confirmation: Admission is strictly confirmed only after the final interview and submission of requisite documents.
4. Mid-Term Admissions: Only meritorious students will be considered on grounds of transfer or change of school.

Important Admission Terms & Fee Regulations

  • Academic Placement: The school reserves the right to admit a student in the appropriate class after examination. Adjustments to a lower or higher class may occur based on ability at the discretion of authorities.
  • Transfer Certificate (TC): TC from the previous school must be submitted within 15 days after the commencement of the academic session.
  • Fee Collection Schedule: School fee is payable on a quarterly basis (3 months fee at a time).
